Labor/Management Relations
TransAct is committed to creating a healthy and safe workplace. We provide educational training fees to encourage lifelong learning, thereby creating a challenging and fun work environment. The company also promotes work-life balance by providing massage services, free lunch and snacks, company trips and monthly birthday parties as well as allowing employees to leave work early or work from home. We encourage our employees to be diligent in sharing creativity by providing bonuses, and we also hold several volunteer services and charity events to donate to neighboring communities and remote areas, and hope to create happy sustainability together.
Unions
The number of employees has not yet reached the minimum number to form a union, but a labor expert has been hired to work out the relevant regulations on site. (2-30)

Remuneration Policies (2-19)
TransAct expects to establish a salary policy for the highest governance body and senior executive in Q3 2023, and to establish a compensation committee to discuss and develop compensation management for them. A transparent and open mechanism for evaluating the performance and compensation of directors and senior managers is established after consideration of their job categories, academic experience, professional knowledge and skills, experience and personal performance. In Q3 2023, TransAct will link employee’s compensation policy to the economic, environmental and human impact of their behavior on organization’s goals, and provide regular bonuses and incentives related to economic, environmental and human impact performance according to the impact of compensation on business performance and future risk.
Process to Determine Remuneration (2-20)
The foundation of TransAct is based on the idea that "focusing on the benefit of each employee will bring greater benefits to the company". We do not mistreat anyone who works with us. Every month, we ask all employees to write down their own work self-evaluation forms, and every six months, we review the results of their work through self-evaluation forms, work performance and current salary status. The HR department will assist the company's directors in compiling the related data and reporting the final salary adjustment. We hold meetings from time to time to provide employee satisfaction and enthusiasm to help recruit and motivate employees. Employee innovation or creative ideas related to sustainable inputs and contributions in line with the interests of stakeholders will be announced by the company's management department through the company's internal HR system. If anyone has any concerns about the adjustment results, the HR department will assist in handling the matter and, depending on the significance of the situation, report back to the company's directors.
