Supplier Selection and Management

In 2021, 15 new major suppliers were added and 100% of them were selected based on social responsibility evaluation indicators. We divided our suppliers into green supply chains and sustainable supply chains. We promoted sustainability-related policies with them, and implemented and reviewed our human rights, environmental and social sustainability pledges every year.

Supply Chain Impact

Due to the continued serious impact of Covid-19 on Taiwan in 2021, all supplier visits were changed to written assessments, with the main items being quality and service performance and the sustainability items including environmental, human rights, social, governance and ethical standards. The results of the verification are in line with the standards.
