Occupational Safety Training
For each new employee, TransAct will arrange occupational safety culture and training courses, hold educational training for disaster prevention drills once every six months to a year, and post relevant disaster prevention measures on the company bulletin board. The measures will be adjusted on a rolling basis from time to time in accordance with the regulations.
To help the company promote sustainable health and safety in the workplace, we described the ESG Mainstreaming for Workplace Health and Safety of SDGs - Partner Consensus Meeting from time to time, which is held both physically and online. Sustainability is a new trend, a new issue, and all colleagues are constantly learning and refining their professional knowledge every day. Not only through the process of serving companies but also being exposed to various national and international contents, we are moving towards the strategic goals of industry trends, business environment and sustainable economy. By exchanging and sharing ideas, colleagues will be able to gain the skills they need to solve their problems in a rapidly changing and innovative way of thinking about sustainability. In order to provide a comprehensive competency management program, TransAct will also provide assistance programs and seminars for retiring partners to help them cultivate multiple interests and rediscover their self-worth. There are currently no retiring employees.
