Other then providing companies with the resources they need to survive, TransAct also facilitated five industry-academia research and development projects, maintained the Social Affairs Bureau of Kaohsiung City Government Website, built the Children’s Welfare Division of Social Affairs Bureau of Kaohsiung City Government Website, Announced the Finance and Taxation Bureau of Pingtung County's policy, held the seminar on happy retirement for all employees of Kinmen Kaoliang Liquor inc., revitalized and increased employment, provided local job opportunities, encouraged partnerships, motivated local entrepreneurship, supported the digital transformation of local clusters, responded and participated in the Step30 International Ministries with other companies, collected materials from other companies and donated them to various organizations and assisted local youth in applying for youth entrepreneurship grants and loans.

In addition, we also helped companies to improve employee collaboration, competency and efficiency, to promote work-life balance for employees, to value the working environment and welfare of employees, to enhance office comfort and happiness, to reduce employee turnover, to improve employee productivity, to promote corporate and employee integrity, to improve employee loyalty and work attitude, to build and coalesce employee cohesion, to establish and market brand logos and story, to enhance corporate image, to develop international markets, to set up new southbound offshore company, to peacefully handle labor issues, to solve related legal problems, to refine the financial gap, to clarify and adjust taxes, to apply for pandemic relief and loans, to apply for the Micro Phoenix Loan, to handle the Three Major Programs for Investing in Taiwan and credit insurance projects and to develop second-generation succession transition strategies.

Information Security Negative Impact Remediation Procedure

For the prevention and response management of information security incidents, TransAct works with its business strategy partner, Welinktech, to establish an information security response team to carry out policy and practical defense actions for information security prevention and attacks.

In the face of any information security incident, we have a stable system to deal with the incident in time. Not only the president and the senior executive obtain the qualification of ISO27001 lead auditor, but also regularly review the deficiencies of the information security system with external experts or information security service providers to improve the information security commitment of TransAct to every stakeholder.
